These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Flight Thing | Deals ("the Service"), provided by Monswyk AG ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Flight Thing | Deals is a public website that displays independently structured factual metadata about flight deals (for example origin/destination, cabin, route type, airline codes, price, and travel window) together with a deep link to third-party source pages. The Service allows visitors to:

• Browse currently listed flight deals
• Filter deals by origin, destination, cabin, airline, alliance, and price
• Open source articles via links to third-party websites

The Service does not sell tickets, process bookings, or act as a travel agency. It does not republish full source articles, headlines, teasers, images, logos, or the editorial layout of third-party sites. Deal prices, availability, and conditions are determined by third parties and may change or become invalid at any time. Content, brands, and editorial design remain with the respective rights holders.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. No Account Required

The current version of the Service does not require registration or an account. If account features are added later, additional terms may apply and will be published on this page.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

5. Acceptable Use

Rights holders who wish to request removal of a listing can follow the process on our rights-holder notice page. Upon a complete and plausible notice we aim to provisionally deactivate affected listings while we review.

7. No Warranty on Deals

Information shown in the Service (including prices, routes, cabins, validity windows, and airline details) is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee completeness, correctness, or continued availability of any deal.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• We aim to provide continuous, secure, and reliable access to the Service
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice
• We reserve the right to discontinue the entire Service with 30 days' notice

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All software, design, and original materials of the Service remain the exclusive property of Monswyk AG or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frauenfeld, Switzerland.

13. Severability
