The Service displays independently structured factual metadata about flight deals (for example origin/destination codes, cabin, route type, airline codes, price, currency, and travel window) together with a deep link to the original third-party source page.

We do not sell tickets, process bookings, or act as a travel agency. We do not republish full source articles, headlines, teasers, images, logos, or the editorial layout of third-party sites. Content, brands, and editorial design remain with the respective rights holders. Deal facts shown on this Service are structured by us for browsing and filtering; they are not a substitute for the source article.

How to submit a removal request

If you believe a listing infringes your rights (including copyright, related rights, database rights, trademark, or contractual restrictions applicable to your content), submit a request via the contact form and clearly mark the subject as Takedown request — The Flight Thing | Deals.

Please include:

• Your name, organization, and contact details
• A description of the rights you claim and why the listing is unlawful or unauthorized
• The exact URL(s) on https://deals.flightthing.com and/or the source article URL(s) concerned
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder

How we handle notices

• Provisional deactivation: Upon a complete and plausible notice, we aim to temporarily deactivate the affected listing(s) and/or pause the related source while we review.
• Response time: We aim to acknowledge or act on complete notices within 72 hours on business days and to provide a short status update thereafter.
• Submitting a notice does not constitute an admission of liability by Monswyk AG.
